Originally slated to house a hotel in one tower and residential units in the second tower, the sudden economic events of COVID-19 and the resulting shutdown caused a delay in the middle of construction and a major pivot in the project’s direction.

Encore Architects reworked the 343,187 sq.ft project into 270 multi-family units and 6 future tenant improvement spaces. There are 382 parking stalls on three garage levels and 48,682 sq.ft of outdoor amenity spaces. This was our third project working with Sound West Group and in spite of the unexpected challenges presented, Compass was able to deliver ahead of schedule and return savings to the owner.
